How to get Google Timeline data
Android
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Location > Location Services > Timeline.
- Tap Export Timeline data.
- Select a file location (Google Drive or local folder) and tap Save.
- Wait for the export notification, then upload the file here.
iOS
- Open Google Maps and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Settings, then Personal Content.
- Under Location settings, tap Export Timeline data.
- On the share sheet, choose Save to Files.
- Upload the exported file (location-history.json) here.
